We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Supervisor

Location: Ijebu-ode, Ogun

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.
• Supervise hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor occupancy rates, check-in/check-out procedures, and room availability.
• Assist with reservations and coordinate with online booking platforms.
• Train, mentor, and support hotel staff to maintain high service standards.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and assign duties accordingly.
• Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
• Manage inventory and supplies for housekeeping and food & beverage departments.
• Ensure cash handling and billing procedures are followed accurately.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor hotel security procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Address maintenance and facility issues in coordination with relevant departments.
