We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Security Officer

Location: Ijebu-ode, Ogun

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises, including guest floors, parking areas, and public spaces.
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to detect suspicious activities.
• Control access to restricted areas and ensure only authorized personnel enter.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies.
• Provide security assistance to guests and employees when needed.
• Handle guest complaints or security concerns professionally and discreetly.
• Escort VIP guests, staff, or cash movements as required.
• Enforce hotel policies regarding safety, conduct, and access control.
• Act quickly in case of fire, medical emergencies, or evacuations.
• Assist in first aid situations and call emergency services when necessary.
• Implement safety protocols in case of theft, vandalism, or suspicious behavior.
• Report incidents in detailed security logs and submit reports to management.
• Prevent theft and damage to hotel property.
• Conduct routine checks of doors, windows, and storage areas to ensure security.
• Investigate and document security breaches, lost items, or accidents.
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety policies and local security regulations.
• Assist in conducting fire drills and safety training for hotel staff.
• Identify and report hazards that could pose risks to guests or employees.
