Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing Beach Apartment Hotel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise and coordinate hotel staff across different departments.
• Manage guest check-in, check-out, complaints, and overall guest experience.
• Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, security, and general facility operations.
• Ensure rooms and facilities are clean, functional, and maintained to high standards.
• Manage bookings, reservations, and occupancy.
• Monitor income, expenses, inventory, and operational costs.
• Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Develop and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Handle staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and discipline.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and hotel revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in hotel or hospitality management.
• Proven experience managing a hotel, apartment hotel, resort, or similar hospitality facility.
• Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Good knowledge of hotel operations, reservations, housekeeping, and facility management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and inventory control.
• Computer literacy and ability to use hotel management or booking systems is an advantage.
• Must be responsible, organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
