The hotel is located in the oil-rich city of Warri, precisely at Mofor Junction, DSC Express Udu-Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Night Duty Manager

Location: Delta

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations during night shifts
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
• Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly
• Perform nightly audits and prepare financial reports
• Ensure hotel safety and security through regular patrols
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to emergencies
• Communicate effectively with day management team
• Maintain accurate records and logs
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Degree preferred
• Over 2 years of working experience
• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Familiarity with hotel management software
• Basic accounting and financial reporting skills
• Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
