Job Title: Hotel Manager

Role Description

• We are seeking a full-time, on-site Hotel Manager to lead our team at Martinos Hotel and Events in Lagos. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supervising staff, managing budgets, and driving revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• At least 5 years of experience in hotel management
• Proven track record of consistently delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hotel industry regulations and requirements
• Experience with budget management and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, hotel management software, and social media platforms
• Certification in hotel management or relevant field is a plus.

Remuneration
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
