We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Manager (Male)

Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure all departments function smoothly.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and overall experience.
• Manage budgets, financial plans, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
• Supervise and train hotel staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.
• Maintain hotel standards in line with company policies and industry regulations.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback to ensure prompt and professional resolutions.
• Monitor occupancy rates and revenue trends to develop marketing and promotional strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Implement and improve operational procedures for greater efficiency.

Requirements

• The candidates should possess an HND in relevant fields with7 years work experience.
• Applicants must reside in or around the following locations:
  • Agbado-Crossing, Abule-Egba, Meiran, Agbado-Ijaiye, Jankara, Agege, Ogba, Iyana Ipaja, Kola, Tollgate, Oko-Aba axis.
