We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Host / Hostess

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We require Hosts / Hostesses that will be mobilized to a client’s short let apartment located at Ikeja, Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly and personable demeanour
• Cater to guests and ensure that their requests are answered
• Maintain a high level of hygiene in the apartment at all times
• Move and restore apartment furniture arrangement, clean and ensure the apartment is organised at all times
• Availability to work in shifts as needed
• Ability to take responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Must have an HND / B.Sc holder
• A Male or Female who is not more than 35yrs old.
• Presentable, Good Dress Sense and Good Interpersonal Skills.
• Must have relevant experience as a Host/Hostess in the Hospitality industry or related experience.
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
• Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership of duties and tasks assigned
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
• Experience in working with IT systems on various platforms
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person) using clear and professional language and answering telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Knowledge of Ikeja and its environment is an added advantage.
