Job Overview

• Nine Stars Recruitment is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Hospitality Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead our front-line teams.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staff management—specifically overseeing hotel personnel, housekeeping/cleaning teams, and security staff—to maintain high standards of service, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Staff Management:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of hotel staff, cleaners, and security personnel to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare work schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff attendance and performance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide on-the-job training, and foster a professional, guest-focused environment.

Housekeeping & Facility Standards:

• Ensure all guest rooms, common areas, and facilities maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Perform regular inspections of the property alongside housekeeping leads to ensure quality compliance.
• Manage cleaning inventory, supplies, and maintenance requests promptly.

Safety, Security & Guest Relations:

• Work closely with the security team to enforce strict safety protocols, access control, and emergency procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations with promptness, professionalism, and tact.
• Ensure all health, safety, and licensing regulations are strictly adhered to across the property.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: HND or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent practical experience considered).
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality, hotel management, or facility operations.
• Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience directly managing diverse teams, including hotel staff, cleaners, and security personnel.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Salary Range
N150,000 – N250,000 per month (Commensurate with experience)
