Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee daily operations, guest services, and staff management at their resort. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and compliance with hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day resort operations and guest services.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Assist in budgeting, procurement, and operational planning.

Person Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in resort or hotel management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
