Job Summary

• Brilliance Homecare Limited is expanding and seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Homecare Field Representatives.
• This role is ideal for people who enjoy meeting families, engaging communities, and helping connect elderly loved ones with trusted homecare services.
• The Homecare Field Representative will serve as the face of Brilliance Homecare Limited in the community.
• You will engage families, hospitals, churches, organisations, and local groups to create awareness about our UK‑standard homecare services and help families access professional caregiver support anywhere in Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Engage communities and introduce Brilliance Homecare’s services
• Visit families, hospitals, churches, and organisations to build relationships
• Identify families who need caregiver support and guide them through onboarding
• Share flyers, conduct field awareness, and represent the brand professionally
• Follow up with interested families and convert leads into clients
• Submit daily activity reports to the supervisor
• Uphold Brilliance Homecare’s values of trust, dignity, and professionalism

Experience

• 1 – 3 years in field marketing, client engagement, sales, customer service, or community work
• Experience in healthcare outreach is an advantage but not required

Other Requirements:

• Must reside in Nigeria
• Must be comfortable with field work
• Must have a smartphone for communication and reporting
• Must be honest, reliable, and professional

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with families and community groups
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Basic sales, marketing, or outreach experience (added advantage)
• Good organisation and follow‑up skills
• Professional appearance and behaviour
