Job Title: HMO Corporate Marketing Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with HMOs, corporate clients, and potential partners.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase client acquisition and retention.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing HMOs and corporate clients.
• Act as a liaison to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
• Promote the diagnostic center’s services through tailored marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to organize events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and recommend strategy improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and contracts.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing activities, client feedback, and revenue performance.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing lland payment reconciliation.
