We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Heavy Equipment Supervisor 

Location: Apapa, Lagos

Job Purpose

• To ensure that all Equipment are functioning optimally for the growth of the company and to reduce maintenance cost and downtime.

The Job

• Supervise all repairs work done as schedule by the line Managers.
• Ensuring that proper housekeeping is maintained in the workshop.
• Keeping track of the consumables used in the workshop and its availability.
• Supervise multiple maintenance mechanics and auto electricians.
• Keep records of maintenance and repairs work done in the workshop floor.
• Tracking equipment quality throughout lifetime and recommend alternatives when needed.
• Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in optimal working condition, minimizing downtime.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and update the computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Qualifications / Experience

• OND in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering / NABTEB / C&G / WAEC TECHNICAL.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Be able to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced, equipment-driven environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
