Job Title: Heavy Duty Mechanic

Location: Island, Lagos

Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of heavy-duty equipment and vehicles used in our engineering and construction operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks, excavators, bulldozers, cranes, rigs,and other construction equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a heavy-duty mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and heavy equipment systems.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Relevant technical certification or trade test qualification.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
