Job Description

• Nikemfo Limited is expanding its lifestyle and wellness activities and is looking for confident, passionate, and people-oriented individuals to join our team as Health & Wellness Experience Officers.
• This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and have an interest in healthy living, wellness, lifestyle, communication, community engagement, and personal development.
• No previous healthcare experience is required. Successful candidates will receive the necessary training and guidance.

Responsibilities
As a Health & Wellness Experience Officer, you will:

• Create awareness about healthy living and preventive wellness practices.
• Engage with individuals, groups, and communities on wellness-related topics.
• Support health and wellness awareness campaigns, events, seminars, and outreach programmes.
• Encourage individuals to take an active interest in their general wellbeing and regular health checks.
• Assist in organizing wellness activities and community engagement programmes.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and members of the community.
• Respond to enquiries and provide general information about available wellness programmes.
• Follow up with interested individuals and maintain professional communication.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, workshops, and company activities.
• Gather feedback from clients and participants to improve their overall experience.
• Promote approved wellness programmes, services, and awareness initiatives.
• Maintain simple records of outreach activities, contacts, and follow-ups.
• Work with the team to achieve outreach and programme objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of BSc
• Applicants from any field of study are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with backgrounds in Health Sciences, Public Health, Nutrition, Biology, Business, Marketing, Communication, Social Science and related fields are encouraged to apply
• Ability to confidently interact with different categories of people.
• Presentable, responsible, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Willingness to learn and participate in company training.
• Previous experience in customer service, marketing, sales, wellness, community outreach, or related areas is an advantage but not compulsory.
