Job Title: Head Wealth and Funds Manager

Job Summary

• A leading Financial Services Institution is urgently seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head, Wealth and Funds Management to lead its fund mobilization and wealth management function.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing funds from retail, corporate, and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) customers to support lending operations, reduce cost of funds, and drive sustainable organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow retail, corporate, and HNI liabilities.
• Drive effective fund mobilization to support lending and balance sheet growth.
• Monitor and manage cost of funds in line with market and business objectives.
• Leverage digital platforms to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate funding and liquidity risks.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new funding opportunities and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Product, Digital, and Strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (ACA, CFA, ACCA) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in wealth management, funds mobilization, or corporate banking.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in sourcing retail, corporate, and HNI funds.
• Strong digital banking and customer acquisition experience.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.

Salary
N1,000,000 – N1,600,000 monthly.
