Job Title: Head Of Unit / Team Lead Business Development

Role Summary

• The Head Unit Business Development is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing relationships to drive asset growth and expanding the firm’s Fund Under Management (FUM).
• The role requires strategic prospecting, strong relationship management and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of wealth management and investment products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard High Net Worth Individuals and institutional prospects.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Fund Under Management (FUM).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalized financial solutions.
• Fund mobilization
• Present investment opportunities, portfolio strategies, and market insights to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with investment and product teams to tailor offerings to clients.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and track progress using CRM tools.
• Organize client engagement events, investment forums, and networking sessions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in client acquisition.
• Prepare periodic business development reports and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 8-10 years experience.
