We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Telesales

Location: Igbesa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • For the test task, you will need to describe a call script for non-deposits (non-deposits are people who have registered on the website for the first time and provided their details but have not yet made their first deposit).
  • We are looking for an experienced Telesales Team Leader to spearhead their sales efforts and drive growth.

Requirements
What We Are Looking for:

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 7 – 11 years work experience.
  • Experience with IP telephony (possibly with a local provider) and CRM;
  • Experience in script preparation;
  • Experience in staff training;
  • Focus on achieving KPIs employees, not just administrative control;
  • Proficiency in English. Day to Day of the role:
  • Lead and motivate a team of telesales representatives to exceed sales targets;
  • Writing and preparing scripts: improve the existing, writing new ones for different call segments, A/B tests;
  • Telesales office work control: conducting daily meetings, listening to all calls for the day, record management on telesales conversions;
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients: preparing client feedback reports, participating in the creation of monthly task plan for Telesales;
  • Focus on local culture while completing tasks.

Personal Skills:

  • Communication and negotiation skills;
  • Leadership skills;
  • Staff developing and training skills with the ability to coach and motivate a sales team.
