Job Title: Head of School

Position Summary

• We are seeking an experienced, visionary and results-driven Head of School to provide strategic leadership and oversee the academic and administrative operations of the school
•  The successful candidate will be responsible for driving educational excellence, staff development and overall school growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong academic and administrative leadership across the school.
• Oversee the effective implementation of Montessori, Nigerian and British curricula.
• Ensure high standards of teaching, learning and student performance.
• Lead, mentor and supervise academic and non-academic staff.
• Develop and implement school policies, procedures and strategic plans.
• Foster a positive school culture and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
•  Manage school resources efficiently and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A First Degree in Education or a First Degree in any discipline with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
• A Master degree and/or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 15 years cognate experience in the education sector.
• Proven experience as a Head of School.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Montessori, Nigerian and British curricula.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of school administration, curriculum planning and quality assurance.
