We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
  • 2 – 4 years of proven experience in sales management, business development, and real estate sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and sales best practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
  • Commitment to upholding Cove Real Estate & Construction’s values of integrity, professionalism, innovation and confidentiality in matters.
