Job Title: Head of Sales / Business Development Lead

Location: Lagos (Remote – Occasional Onsite Engagements)
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are hiring a high-performing and commercially driven Sales & Business Development Leader to spearhead enterprise growth, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion for a fast-growing, impact-focused organisation operating at the intersection of leadership development, innovation, and ecosystem building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive enterprise sales across leadership programs, platforms, and events
  • Lead high-value B2B sales engagements with senior executives in multinational organisations
  • Develop and execute scalable sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with HR, L&D, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Drive renewals, expansions, and multi-year enterprise partnerships
  • Structure and sell bundled offerings, sponsorships, and customised solutions
  • Manage sales pipelines, external partners, and agencies to ensure consistent deal flow.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
  • MBA or Master’s degree is an advantage
  • 7+ years’ experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships
  • Proven track record in selling to senior decision-makers in large organisations
  • Experience delivering leadership, consulting, events, or ecosystem-based solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for significant revenue generation (₦500M+)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Strong network across corporate, tech, creative, or institutional sectors is a plus.
