 Requirements

• A Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is often preferred.
• Should have excperience in property sales.
• Proven ability to drive profitability through effective sales strategies and cost management.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including current trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
• Strong network of contacts within the real estate industry.
• Demonstrated results in meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
• Ability to set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
• Ability to recruit, train, and mentor a sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for sales growth.
• Strong analytical skills to assess sales data, market trends, and performance metrics.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and addressing client concerns promptly.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques to enhance sales efforts.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
