Cedarcrest Hospitals was founded in Abuja in January 2008 and was formerly known as Cedarcrest Orthopaedic Clinics. Within a few years, the hospital expanded its scope of practice into a full-fledged private multispecialty hospital. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Quality and Patient Safety

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality and Patient Safety Department
• Drive hospital-wide quality initiatives and risk management strategies
• Oversee compliance with JCI standards and other accreditation bodies
• Develop and implement patient safety policies and improvement programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Clinical Degree (e.g., MBBS, BDS, BNSC, BPharm)
• Minimum of 4 years experience in healthcare quality management.
• Membership with the Society for Quality in Healthcare in Nigeria (SOHN)
• Strong experience with JCI, COHSASA, or Safecare accreditation processes.
