Description

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Head of Procurement to lead sourcing, vendor partnerships, and cost optimization across our experiential projects.
As an experiential company, our work lives at the intersection of creativity, speed, and flawless delivery. From large-scale brand activations to immersive event productions, procurement is not a back-office function — it is a commercial and operational advantage.
The Head of Procurement will be responsible for building a high-performance sourcing ecosystem that balances quality, speed, cost efficiency, and vendor reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the company’s procurement strategy across production, fabrication, logistics, technical, and experiential build vendors
Build and manage a strong, diverse vendor network locally and internationally
Drive cost optimization without compromising creative or executional excellence
Lead contract negotiations and supplier performance management
Implement procurement policies, controls, and governance frameworks
Partner closely with Operations, Creative, and Finance teams to ensure seamless project execution
Establish data-driven reporting on spend analysis and vendor efficiency.

Ideal Profile

8 – 12 years of procurement leadership experience, preferably within experiential marketing, events, production, construction, or related industries
Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
Deep understanding of vendor management and supply chain optimization
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
High integrity with strong governance mindset
This role is ideal for a leader who understands that in experiential business, timelines are tight, margins are real, and execution is everything.
