Job Title: Head of Operations

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Enumerate business strategy with others in the executive team
• Implement efficient processes and standard
• Co-ordinate customer service operations and find way to ensure customer retention
• Oversee all operations and business activities with customer vendors, partners and other stakeholders
• Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance effort
• Review financial and non-financial report to develop solution or implements
• Analyse problematic situation including non performing credits and other occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
• Adhere to strong corporate governance, culture, management control, procedure and practice and develop.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any numerate discipline.
• 5 – 7 years cognate experience in a financial institution.Preferable in a finance house/Microfinance bank
• Analytic skills/Problem Solving
• Must possess resilience, tenacity and integrity.
• Must have organizational and coordination skills
• Possess knowledge and understanding of Risk Management and Financial Standards
• Communication and listening; gathering information.
• Must have ability to think strategically.
• Good understanding and interpretation of policy and procedure.
• Good understanding of computer applications and effective usage.

Salary
N350,000 – N450,000 Monthly.
