Tilden Development Limited is a development company that specializes in innovative residential hospitality and commercial developments in Lagos. Our aim is to harness investments in the real estate sector and provide our investors with transparency, quality customer satisfaction, and timely service delivery.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Marketing

Location: Lagos

Position Overview

  • The head of marketing will be responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing strategies that elevate the brand, generate qualified leads, driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and engagement across both B2B and B2C segments—developers, landlords, brokers, tenants, and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities (Duties)
Marketing Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that support the company’s business objectives across B2B and B2C verticals.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions in the PropTech landscape.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, growth, and communications.

Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition:

  • Lead digital performance marketing campaigns to drive leads for property sales, rentals, and enterprise platform clients.
  • Optimize user acquisition, and conversion funnels via SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid media.
  • Design lead nurturing workflows using CRM and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).

Brand & Content Marketing:

  • Build and evolve the brand identity across all touchpoints—website, mobile app, social media, PR, and events.
  • Oversee content strategy including blogs, case studies, videos, and newsletters.
  • Develop compelling storytelling around technology, innovation, and customer success.

Product & Customer Marketing:

  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new features, tools, or platforms.
  • Craft product messaging, sales collateral, and customer onboarding content to support user adoption and retention.

PR, Events & Partnerships:

  • Manage public relations, media outreach, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Organize and participate in real estate conferences, PropTech summits, webinars, and community engagement events.
  • Build marketing partnerships within the ecosystem including developers, property managers, and fintech partners.

Real Estate-Specific Marketing Execution:

  • Oversee go-to-market strategies for new real estate launches, site promotions, open houses, and virtual tours.
  • Drive targeted campaigns for real estate audiences: investors, buyers, tenants, developers, and agents.
  • Work closely with the sales, leasing, and development teams to support property-level marketing and reporting.

Data, Analytics & Optimization:

  • Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and marketing ROI using the right tools.
  • Report marketing results to leadership and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Implement marketing automation, and best practices.
  • KSA’s (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
  • Strong understanding of property lifecycle, real estate brokerage models, and PropTech ecosystem.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, CRM systems.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Academic Qualification (Minimum)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in both PropTech marketing (residential or commercial).
