Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy, drive revenue growth, strengthen brand visibility, and oversee product marketing initiatives within our Telecommunications/ISP business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Drive product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors’ activities.
• Lead digital marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Build strategic partnerships and maintain brand consistency.
• Oversee product development, Customer Value Management (CVM), and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team.
• Prepare and present marketing performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing role within the Telecommunications or ISP industry.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, digital marketing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
