• Develop and implement HR. strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide strategic HR. guidance to management.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and manage HR. budgets.
• Lead and manage the HR. team.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork.
• Manage conflict and resolve HR.-related issues.
• Manage employee development and training programs.
• Develop and implement succession planning.
• Manage employee conflicts and grievances.
• Conduct disciplinary actions and investigations.
• Develop and implement performance management systems.
• Conduct performance evaluations. Identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation.
• Coordinate employee events and activities.
• Ensure compliance with HR. policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labor Laws. Manage employee documentation.
• Provide HR. reports to management.
• Analyze HR. metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism).
• Develop and implement data-driven HR. initiatives.
• Compliance with environmental and social impact assessments.
• Management of seasonal workforce.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 8 years work experience in a related field.

Salary
N6,000,000 – N8,400,000 annually.
