Job Title: Head of Finance

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, driving financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth through effective financial planning and operational management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgeting processes, and business performance metrics
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and financial reporting operations across the organization
• Monitor cash flow, revenue assurance, cost management, and overall financial health of the business
• Lead ERP implementation, financial process improvement, and regulatory compliance initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with an MBA or MSc as an added advantage
• Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent certification)
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance/accounting, with at least 6 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial strategy, ERP systems, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

Salary
N1,200,000 – N2,000,000 / month.
