Job Title: Head of Engineering and Project Delivery

Description

• The role provides strategic engineering and project execution leadership across all locations, ensuring technical compliance, operational efficiency, and quality assurance across the full lifecycle of Oil & Gas, Power, and Renewable Energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Managing projects from feasibility studies and FEED through detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, handover, and lifecycle maintenance
• Implementing engineering codes, standards, and risk mitigation strategies
• Optimizing resource allocation
• Driving process improvements and digital engineering solutions
• Overseeing contractor and vendor technical performance, and supporting technical input for commercial and business development activities to ensure project integrity, client satisfaction, and sustainable operational performance.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 10 – 15 years of experience.
