About the Job

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Engineering to join our team.
• He/She will develop a technology strategy to drive innovation within our company and also play a critical role in shaping our technology roadmap and ensuring that our technology solutions support our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of technology professionals, including software developers, engineers, and IT specialists.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the organization’s technology infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and challenges.

Requirements

• 5 years experience as a head of engineering.
