Job Overview

• We are seeking to appoint an experienced and strategic Head of Corporate Services to provide leadership across corporate services, Human Resources and legal functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across Corporate Services and Human Resources.
• Provide legal and HR guidance to management on employment, labour and corporate matters.
• Oversee HR operations, policies, employee relations and organisational processes.
• Support corporate governance, regulatory compliance and internal policy development.
• Ensure employment practices and corporate activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement effective HR and corporate policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on workplace matters.
• Work closely with senior management on organisational development and people-related strategies.
• Lead and manage the Corporate Services/HR function and ensure effective service delivery.
• Support the organisation in managing legal, regulatory and corporate risks.

Key Requirements

• Must be a qualified lawyer with relevant professional experience.
• Strong professional background in Human Resources, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment.
• Experience in corporate governance, employment/labour matters, HR operations, policy development and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of corporate and employment law.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder-management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to provide practical legal and HR guidance to senior management.
