Role Overview

• We are seeking a results-driven Head of Business to lead revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion.
• The role requires strong financial acumen, proven business development expertise, and the ability to structure and close high-value deals in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business growth strategies.
• Drive client acquisition and build strong partnerships.
• Lead sales, negotiations, and deal structuring.
• Oversee product innovation, including Shariah-compliant finance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks.
• Strengthen brand positioning in the alternative finance space.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/CFA/ACCA/ICAN is an advantage).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, investment banking, or financial services.
• Proven track record in revenue generation and high-value deal execution.
• Knowledge of Shariah-compliant financial products is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
