Job Description

We are currently sourcing for a suitable candidates to fill the role of Head of Business.
He/she will oversee and lead the installation business, ensuring that staff and 3rd party installers uphold service excellence standards on all projects.

First Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Post Graduate Degree (MBA/ Masters) is an added advantage.
The ideal candidate should have approximately 8 – 10 years of relevant work experience with proven track record of business development & leadership.
Experience in Installation or Similar Business.
Quantity Surveying experience or technical knowledge would be an added advantage.
Resource and Project Management.
Great Communicator with Multiple Stakeholders.
Business Planning & Organizational Performance Management.
Attention to detail & an unwavering commitment to excellence.
