Job Summary

• You will own col’s full commercial mandate – business development, key account management, oricing strategy, trade lane expansion, and team leadership – reporting directly to the MD.

What you’ll do

• Drive revenue growth across sea freight, air freight & bonded terminal services
• Bulld and manage relationships with shipping lines, port stakeholders & major clients
• Lead and mentor a business development and operations team
• Own the commercial pipeline, margin optimisation and market expansion

What we’re looking for

• 5 years in freight forwarding or shipping in Nigeria
• Proven track record of business growth with measurable results
• Deep knowledge of Nigerian ports, NGS procedures & CRFFN regulations
• Strong commercial acumen and team leadership skills
• Nigerian national.
