• We are recruiting very senior professionals with Marketing experience in various business areas particularly in FMCG and Telecommunications Industries and with diverse experience and pedigree in various business areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
• Oversee the creation and management of merchandizing strategies that maximize sales and profitability.
• Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform branding and merchandizing strategies.
• Manage the branding budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of branding and merchandizing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences or any other related field.
• An MBA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, at least 5 of which must be at senior management position in a reputable
• Advertising/ IMC/ PR Agency; or Corporate Communications department of top FMCG, Telecommunications, Banking or similar organizations.
• Membership of Relevant Professional Bodies (AAAN, APCON, NIPR, NIM, CIMN e.t.c).
• Sound knowledge of marketing and promotional channels in local markets.
