About the Role

• We are launching Africa’s next-generation social and commerce platform, bringing together content creation, community and commerce in one experience.
• The brand empowers people to connect, create, share, discover, and shop, while enabling creators and businesses to grow their audiences, reach customers, and unlock new opportunities.
• We are looking for an exceptional marketing leader to build the brand, lead our go-to-market strategy, grow our creator community, and drive user adoption.
• You’ll work directly with a cross-functional team and lead a small, high-performing marketing team to position the brand as one of Africa’s most exciting consumer technology brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brand, product marketing, and go-to-market strategy.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, experiential, community, PR and partnership channels.
• Drive brand awareness, user acquisition, creator growth, engagement, and retention.
• Build and manage the creator community and marketing programmes.
• Lead product launches, campaigns, activations, and flagship events.
• Develop brand messaging, positioning, and marketing communications.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver successful launches and campaigns.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team while managing agencies, creators, and external partners.
• Measure marketing performance and continuously optimize campaigns using data and customer insights.

Success in This Role

• You willhelp establish the brand as one of Africa’s leading creator brands by building a thriving creator community, delivering impactful marketing campaigns, successfully launching the platform, and driving sustained user growth and engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand, product, consumer, or growth marketing.
• Proven experience launching and growing consumer products, technology platforms, lifestyle brands, or creator-focused businesses.
• Strong experience building integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, ambassadors, or online communities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Passion for technology, social platforms, creator culture, and building brands people love.

Nice to Have:

• Experience launching or scaling a social platform, consumer app, creator platform, or entertainment brand.
• Experience leading experiential marketing, activations, or large-scale events.
• Strong network within the creator, media, marketing, or entertainment ecosystem.

Salary
N800,000 – N1,000,000 per month.
