Job Description

• Marinate chicken and other fresh foods.
• Grilling.
• Making Shawarma.
• Sales of the Company’s products.
• Clean and maintain grills and grilling station.
• Outdoor events grilling and Shawarma making.

Qualifications / Minimum Experience

• First Leaving School Certificate. A certificate in culinary studies will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in grilling and Shawarma making.
• An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
