• We are seeking an exceptional Head of Bar (Mixologist) to lead our bar operations across both establishments.

Position Overview

• The ideal candidate will be a creative, highly skilled, and business-minded professional capable of delivering premium cocktail, mocktail, and beverage experiences.
• This role requires leadership, innovation, and a deep understanding of both classic and modern mixology trends while ensuring consistent guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an innovative and appealing cocktail/mocktail menu that aligns with brand standards.
• Supervise, train, and mentor bar team members to ensure excellence in service delivery and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Manage bar inventory, control costs, and ensure zero wastage through proper stock rotation and accountability systems.
• Monitor and maintain the quality, consistency, and presentation of all beverages served.
• Work closely with the Events & Marketing teams to create seasonal promotions and signature drinks that drive sales.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive brand image.
• Ensure the bar environment is welcoming, organized, and reflective of the high standards of both brands.
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Head of Bar, Senior Mixologist, or similar leadership role in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Expert knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage pairings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of training and motivating staff.
• Creativity in drink design and presentation, with a flair for enhancing guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Business acumen with the ability to monitor sales performance, manage costs, and meet revenue targets.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during peak periods.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
