Sunrise is a subsidiary of Bond Group of Companies situated in Ibadan, Oyo State with business interests in supermarkets, pharmacies, eateries and arcades.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head Baker

Location: Akobo, Ibadan –  Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Responsibilities

• To follow up with a recipe and ensure production meets the organization’s standard.
• Ensure compliance with relevant food processing regulations at all times.
• Avoid materials wastage and ensure production is in line with order.
• Monitor work equipment and report any malfunction to the supervisor to avoid breakdown or disruption in the production.
• Ensure availability of materials to avoid stock out etc.

Academic Qualification and Skills

• Trade Test, Technical education, or OND in Food Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in the same capacity.
• Good knowledge of recipes for different categories of bread or baking techniques.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with less supervision.
• Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.

Salary
N60,000 – N80,000 per month.
