Summary

• We’re seeking an experienced Head of Audit to join our dynamic team in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
• As a seasoned audit professional, you’ll lead our internal audit function, ensuring the highest standards of risk management, governance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive audit strategy, aligned with business objectives
• Lead and manage a team of audit professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
• Conduct risk-based audits, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for remediation
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to ensure audit findings are addressed and implemented
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in internal auditing.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
• Professional certification in auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, ACCA)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and frameworks (e.g., IIA, COSO)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
