Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement agricultural strategies and plans.
• Set goals and objectives for agricultural projects.

Farm Management:

•  Oversee farm operations, including crop and livestock production.
• Ensure efficient use of resources, such as land, water, and labor.

Crop and Livestock Management:

• Plan and manage crop rotations, planting, and harvesting.
• Oversee livestock breeding, feeding, and health programs.

Team Management:

• Lead and manage agricultural teams, including farmers, technicians, and laborers.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

• Manage agricultural budgets and financial resources.
• Ensure cost-effective operations and maximize profitability.

Quality Control

• Ensure high-quality agricultural products.
• Implement quality control measures and standards.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and laws.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing regulations.

Research and Development:

• Stay current with new agricultural technologies and practices.
• Collaborate with research institutions and other organizations to improve agricultural practices.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Communicate with stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
