Job Title: Head, Admin and Strategy

Job Summary 

• They are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join their team as Head, Admin and Strategy.
• The ideal candidate will lead administrative operations across the group while driving strategic initiatives that support business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all administrative functions across the group
• Develop and implement strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide strategic insights to support decision-making and growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the retail and/or pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage
• Must be based in Lagos or Port Harcourt, with flexibility to travel when required.
