Job Title: HDPE Blow Mold Machine Operator

Job Summary

• We’re seeking an experienced HDPE Blow Mold Machine Operator to join our team at Unicane Industries FZE Plastic Factory.
• As an HDPE Blow Mold Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining blow molding machines that produce High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE) products. If you have experience working with HDPE materials and blow molding machines, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Operate and monitor blow molding machines to produce HDPE products, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on blow molding machines, including cleaning and troubleshooting.
• Material Handling: Ensure proper handling and storage of HDPE raw materials and finished products.
• Production Targets: Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience as a Blow Mold Machine Operator in a plastic factory, specifically working with HDPE materials.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of blow molding machines and HDPE materials.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Physical Ability: Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and lift moderate weights.
