Job Title: Growth Sales Executive

About the Role

  • Links And Metrics is looking for a smart, driven, commercially sharp Growth Sales Executive to help us convert leads into clients and drive revenue growth. This is a full-cycle sales role for someone who can prospect, qualify, present, follow up, handle objections, and close confidently.
  • You will sell growth-focused services to businesses and help position Links And Metrics as a strong commercial partner for brands that want more visibility, stronger execution, and better business outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect and engage qualified leads
  • Respond to inbound and outbound opportunities
  • Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects
  • Present service offers clearly and persuasively
  • Follow up on proposals and opportunities
  • Handle objections and negotiate within approved limits
  • Close deals and secure commitments
  • Maintain clean CRM records and pipeline reports
  • Support smooth handoff to delivery teams
  • Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.

What We Need

  • Proven ability to sell and close
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong follow-up discipline
  • Good commercial judgment
  • Confidence in B2B or service sales
  • Ability to manage a pipeline from first contact to close
  • Good reporting and CRM discipline
  • Coachability, energy, and accountability.

Ideal Background:

  • Experience in B2B sales, agency sales, service sales, marketing sales, consulting sales, or high-ticket sales will be a strong advantage.

Compensation

  • Salary: N165,000 – N500,000 / month.
  • Base salary + commission + milestone bonuses.
