Job Overview

• Tentz is seeking a disciplined, execution-oriented Growth & Partnerships Associate to support marketing, creator operations, partnerships, and campaign execution across the business.
• The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced media environment.
• This role requires strong communication skills, operational discipline, and the ability to coordinate effectively across creators, partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Partnership Coordination:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and partnership activities
• Coordinate influencer, creator, and collaborator engagements
• Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and communication workflows
• Support sponsorship and brand partnership execution

Creator & Filmmaker Operations:

• Coordinate onboarding and communication with filmmakers and creators
• Assist with project scheduling, submissions, and execution follow-through
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication across stakeholders

Operational Support:

• Support coordination of shoots, auditions, activations, and related activities
• Assist in managing timelines, logistics, and execution of planned activities
• Coordinate with interns, freelancers, and external collaborators where required

Growth Support:

• Support implementation of audience growth and engagement initiatives
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and campaign performance tracking
• Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and operational responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in an advertising agency, media company, or fast-paced creative environment preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Must be based in Abuja, Nigeria

This role is not suitable for candidates who:

• Are primarily interested in social media influencing and posting rather than operational execution
• Struggle with managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Are uncomfortable working in fast-paced creative environments
• Require constant supervision or lack follow-through on assigned tasks
• This is a hands-on execution role that requires professionalism, urgency, initiative, independent thinking, and strong operational discipline.

Salary
N250,000 – N400,000 / month.
