Job Title: Growth Officer

Job Summary

• As a growth officer, your primary role will be to acquire new merchants and generate revenue for our Transaction Finance Company.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new merchants & manage existing merchant transactions (Drawdown & Repayment) and develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new merchants and generate revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
• Candidate must be resident in the location of the job
• Fluency in local language relevant to the location of the job.

Remuneration

• Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
• Additional Benefit: Commissions of 5% of the entire revenue generated within your portfolios, payable on overall performance monthly.
