We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Growth / Digital Marketing Associate

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos (Hybrid)
Employment: Full-time | On-site
Reports to: Head of Marketing and COO

Job Summary

• We are looking for someone to own the day-to-day running of our paid, organic and lifecycle channels.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in growth, performance or digital marketing (agency or in-house)
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns end to end, not just briefing an agency
• Comfortable in spreadsheets and analytics – you can pull a number, sanity-check it, explain it
• Familiarity with a CRM or automation platform ([HubSpot / Klaviyo / Braze])
• Clear written communication, especially when reporting results
• Nice to have: [B28 Saas / D2C) experience, basic SQL landing pages in [Webflow / Unbounce], affiliate or partner channels.

Salary
300,000 – 500,000 monthly.
