Job Description

• As a Graphics and Motion Specialist at Aeona, you will be at the forefront of visually representing our brand. Your creativity and attention to detail will be instrumental in designing captivating graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements.
• You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure our brand identity is consistently and effectively communicated to our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic and Video Design: Create visually stunning graphics, videos, animations, and other multimedia content that align with Aeona’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Brand Identity: Be the guardian of our brand identity, ensuring that all visual content adheres to our brand guidelines and conveys a consistent image.
• Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for advertising campaigns, social media content, website assets, email marketing, and other promotional materials.
• Content Production: Design engaging copies, banners, infographics, and promotional materials for online and offline use.
• Motion Graphics: Develop motion graphics and video content, including intros, outros, and animations, to enhance our video marketing initiatives.
• Visual Storytelling: Translate complex concepts into visually appealing and easily understandable content.
• A/B Testing: Create variations of visual content and assist in A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
• Video Editing: Edit video footage and ensure high-quality post-production, including sound design, color correction, and graphic overlays.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry design and motion graphics trends and incorporate innovative ideas into our visual content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with external agencies, freelancers, and photographers when necessary to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of branding and the ability to create content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Excellent creative and conceptual thinking, with a sharp eye for detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively, take constructive feedback, and communicate effectively with the marketing team.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 / month.
