About the Role

• We are looking for a skilled Intermediate Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our team.
• In this role, you will create the visual assets for innovative real estate and property development solutions across our diverse portfolio.
• You won’t just make flyers—you will turn our property features,market data into premium visual stories that appeal to both local buyers and Nigerians in the Diaspora.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Marketing Materials: Design premium digital brochures, catalog booklets, proposal documents, and pitch decks for multiple lands and housing developments.
• Visual Storytelling: Translate information/marketing contentinto clean, engaging infographics.
• Social Media & Lead Ads: Create high-converting graphic assets for Instagram, Facebook, and Google ads to generate real estate buyers and investors.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working as a graphic designer (real estate or corporate agency background is a major plus).
• Technical Software: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (or Figma for digital layouts).
• Industry Context: A sharp eye for corporate and luxury branding, understanding how to make property portfolios look highly premium and credible.
• Soft Skills: Goodcommunication skills to collaborate with our sales and marketing teams under tight project deadlines.
