Summary

• Nairametricsis looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate willbe responsible forcreating visually compelling designs that enhance our brand across digital platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, reports, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, newsletters, reports, and other digital platforms.
• Create infographics, illustrations, banners, flyers, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Develop creative visual concepts that align with theNairametricsbrand identity.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all visual content.
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and other internal teams to produce high-quality creative assets.
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print use whererequired.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines andmaintaininghigh-quality standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends and creative best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of cognate experience in graphic design.
• Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography,colourtheory, layout, and branding principles.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage.
• A strong portfolioshowcasingpreviousgraphic design work is required.
